With over 25 years experience in design and function of all types of anesthetic vaporizers and systems in bio-medical anesthesia, there are two ways we can service your anesthetic vaporizer.
- We will come to your facility “in house” to test that the vaporizer is still within manufacturers specifications while looking over your complete system. We will offer advice how to make your system better if applicable, especially containing waste anesthetic gases (WAG). Should a vaporizer fail this inspection we can remove it and have it re-calibrated to manufacturers specifications. Loaner vaporizers are available upon request.
We service “in house” from Newark, NJ to Gaithersburg, MD. Every vaporizer will be given a certificate and sticker showing its service date and next service due date. Readings at 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% will be e-mailed for your records.
- You can send us just your vaporizer for complete re-calibration. Re-calibration requires the removal of a vaporizer. Re-calibration CAN’T be done on site. The vaporizer will be completely dismantled. The inner working parts will be cleaned and replaced if worn or damaged. The vaporizer will be reassembled with new seals and wicks to manufacturer specifications. Loaner vaporizers are available upon request. Re-calibration takes about 2 weeks, which includes shipping time.
Every vaporizer will be given a certificate and sticker showing its service date and next service due date. Readings at 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% will accompany your vaporizer for your records.
